Hunting with Laurel Mt. Llewellins
Scott and Brier in the North woods...
Preserve hunting in early 2009.
Friends in the Northwoods.
Our son and his buddies at Grouse camp.
We get way-back off the beaten path sometimes. Midge loves to ride on the ATV and won't get out of the box when we get back to the truck--she lives to hunt. At camp, she will sit on the ATV waiting to go! She thinks she owns the ATV. She knows it usually means a long day of hunting for her and lives for these times.
Our friend, Dan and his Llew, Hatch at NWBC 2011.
My amazing Boone pointing a grouse on one of our last hunts in the Northwoods, 2010.
Our son, Graham, Brier, Scott, and Dora.
Midge on point.
Count slamming a 'Ruff in the Northwoods.
Jess, just after arriving in the Northwoods 2010, first time out of the truck at camp, Jess slams on point in the yard--yep, wild pheasants everywhere!
Mia pointing her first Ruffed Grouse, September 2010 in the Northwoods. Five months old.
When we go hunting, we all go hunting! Thanks to Gary Gross for the photo taken while hunting in the Northwoods.
Another photo taken by Gary Gross, this is Midge after a long hunt (note her bloodied tail). Midge loves to make herself comfortable on my "emergency bunk" in the back of the truck.
Old friends enjoying the hunt and leaning on one another. It doesn't get any better than that.
